To schedule an appointment with Dr. Liang, please call the office at 310.853.0143 or email ben@drliangdc.com to arrange a time. We are available to help you with pain, injuries and treatment of any chiropractic ailment.

New Patient Forms:

For your convenience, new patient history forms are available for download and printing by clicking on the following link: FORMS (Adobe Acrobat needed). The forms are also available in our office. If choosing to fill them out in the office, please arrive 15 minutes earlier than your scheduled appointment time.

Payment:

Payment is requested at the time of service.   We accept cash, check, or credit card (Visa or Mastercard).  Most insurance policies are welcomed as well. If there is a need to cancel an appointment, please call at least 24-hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time to avoid a 50% cancellation fee or a no-show fee of 100%.
