To schedule an appointment with Dr. Liang, please call the office at 310.853.0143 or email info@drliangdc.com to arrange a time. We are available to help you with pain, injuries and treatment of any chiropractic ailment.

New Patient Forms:

For your convenience, new patient history forms are available for download and printing by clicking on the following link: NEW PATIENT FORM (Adobe Acrobat needed). These forms are also available in our office. If choosing to fill them out in the office, please arrive 15 minutes earlier than your scheduled appointment time.

Payment:

Payment is requested at the time of service.   We accept cash, check, or credit card (Visa or Mastercard).  Most insurance policies are welcomed as well. If there is a need to cancel an appointment, please call at least 24-hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time to avoid a 50% cancellation fee or a no-show fee of 100%.

Insurance:

Most insurance plans are accepted at our office. We also accept auto accident, workers compensation, personal injury and most health insurance plans. Since there are so many plans and coverage varies widely, please call our office to find out if your plan covers chiropractic care.  Our staff will verify and explain your benefits before treatment.

Limited or No Insurance:
